Weekly Email Update + Listing Specific Special Financing Thoughts | Wake Up Real Estate 11/17/23

Welcome and Updates

Hello everyone! Welcome to this week’s episode of “Wake Up Real Estate.” It’s a special Friday and we’ve got some exciting stuff to share. First things first, please remember to like and subscribe to help us out. Today, I need to keep things quick because the kids are unexpectedly off school, and I need to pick up my daughter soon. But before that, let’s talk about some cool updates and tips I have for you.

No Live Shows Next Week

Just a heads-up, we won’t have any live shows next week. But don’t worry, we’ve still got some great content planned for you. We will be sharing some curated content on our podcast, which you can listen to on platforms like Apple Podcast and Spotify. If you like what you hear, please leave us a rating and a review!

Special Tutorial

Also, I’ve put together a 15-minute tutorial on how to use Zillow for free to create listing opportunities. I’ll walk you through the process I use myself, which is part of my daily action plan. This is great for anyone looking to get the most out of Zillow without spending a dime.

Updates from Ryan

Ryan has some updates from the social media front. He’s prepared a post for today about open houses with recent price reductions to spice things up a bit. We’re bringing back a popular meme for this post—it’s the one with the guy looking at another girl, which we haven’t used in over three months. Feel free to use this image from our Wake Up Real Estate members’ area.

Engaging With Your Audience

We talked about different ways you can engage people online. Whether it’s highlighting open houses with specific features like waterfront views or showcasing newly reduced prices on new constructions, there are many strategies you can use to draw attention and help people remember that you’re here to assist with buying or selling a home whenever they’re ready.

Email Strategies and Personal Touches

Email Success

I want to share some personal successes with my weekly email newsletter. Using a service called GetResponse, I sent out my email yesterday to a part of my list, and it went really well with over a thousand people opening it. This morning, I sent it to the rest of my list. It’s exciting to see that kind of engagement, and I’ll continue to share updates on how it’s going.

One-on-One Connections

This week, I’ve been focusing a lot on personal outreach. I send emails and messages directly to people, both from my existing contacts and new potential contacts. For example, this morning, I reached out to a woman named Donna about her interest in buying a home. After a few exchanges, I learned she also has a home to sell. I was able to quickly gather more details about her current property and have set her up with tailored property suggestions.

Plans for Future Content

As we look ahead, I’m excited to continue providing valuable content. We’re planning to release a compilation of tips on adapting your email newsletter strategies, which will be available on our YouTube channel next week. Make sure you’re subscribed to stay updated!

Conclusion

We’ve covered a lot today, from no live shows next week to effective social media strategies, and how engaging directly with clients can lead to great opportunities. As always, we are thankful for your time and continued support. We’re excited to bring you more helpful content as the year closes and we move into the new year.
